Cohiba Blue is a solid-looking medium-high strength cigar. Outside of the cigar is a little bit darker black as its name Cohiba Black but the inside of the cigar is not much darker to provide mild flavor and taste.

The core flavor of this cigar is pepper, coffee, and Nicaraguan tobacco.

Brand and Production

Cohiba Black is one of the premium cigars made by Cohiba. This cigar is produced for general cigar companies at the Scandinavian Tobacco Group Estelí S.A. factory.

Design 

Cohiba Blue is a 5.5-inch by 42ring gauge torpedo cigar stick comes in short Robusto. This cigar appears in Dark Chocolate color. On the body, the black band enhances the beauty of this cigar. Also, we got some textures on the body.

Build quality

A long leaf of Mexican and Dominican tobaccos is used to make a blend, and the binder bound the blend with the Dominican Piloto leaf to make this cigar a compact package. 

Well-constructed, no chance to see any veins, but while zooming, you may see some.

Wrapping 

the wrapper is made with Connecticut broadleaf, making the cigar solid. We got no veins on the body. On the dark chocolate wrapper, some light textures looked amazing.

Taste 

Pre-firing got something like mild Nicaraguan creaminess taste.

Beginning portion 

At the beginning of the smoke, we feel a smooth sweet little velvety flavor common with Nicaraguan tobacco. But not much sweet, which is a good thing. Flavors are coming out very nicely because of the well-blending. 

Middle portion 

I feel the flavor of black coffee and white pepper in the midway, and again it's mild and smooth. But the maximum time it provided satisfying robust flavors.

Bottom portion 

No taste was lost until the end; it felt like all the flavors blended together and created a satisfying smell and taste. Smokes were very much Smooth, as in the beginning.

Burn

The burn and its speed were perfect, with no cracks seen on the body. The ass was also solid, which indicates a well-rolled cigar. 

Summary 

Blending was absolutely great. All the sweety, coffee, and paper flavor mixed well. Smoke was very much smooth and mild, relaxed mind very well. Also, we didn't find any bitter and ashy taste. It didn't dry our tongues much. Anybody will love to smoke it.
