Oliva Serie 'V' Nub is a cigar of Oliva brand. This handmade cigar is produced in the Tabolisa I factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.

Design

This little Oliva Serie 'V' cigar appears in oily dark chocolate color. The size of this cigar is 4inch by 60ring stick. It is a Nub-shaped torpedo-type cigar. The textures and the end cap almost look invisible on the body. The chocolate gold color band on the body looks great.

Build quality

These handmade cigar fillers and binders came from Nicaragua. They used an aged Nicaraguan Ligero binder which came from the Jalapa Valley of Nicaragua. Aged binder enhances the cigar flavor and makes it more flavorful.

Wrapping

The Ecuadorian Habano Sun Grown wrapper is used in this handmade cigar. This dark chocolate wrapper looks beautiful. Also, it is oily and silk. This wrapper covers all the ingredients really well and provides us with a full-packed cigar.

Taste

The wrapper smells like chocolate and provides us with a sweet aroma in the background. Pre-firing tastes like tobacco and woody.

Beginning portion

While smoking on this portion got really good natural tobacco and chocolate flavor, it was coming nicely, not much bold, and it was medium-plus. Also, we got a really good sweet and spice aroma in the background, providing a great finish.

Middle portion

At the halfway point, we got bold pepper spice here; it feels like white pepper. Also, there was coffee and tobacco were coming nicely on the smoke. Here the cigar is keeping its medium strength. 

Bottom portion

On the last session, wood and sweetness joined with the rest of the flavor. We were getting a really good mixed medium flavor here. The draw wasn't tight even here. Sweetness and the spice were there till the finish.

Burn

The burn was awesome, and the smoke was coming smoothly. Also, the Ash was solid.

Summary

We got really good consistent burn, draw and taste from this cigar. The construction was great, and smoke time excellent as the size of the cigar. We didn't get any bitterness, and it was good to smoke any time.
