This Heritage Nuevo cigar was released in 2009 as a limited edition cigar. It premiered the heritage cigar line of Macanudo. It came as the evolution of Macanudo Café

Brand and Production: It is produced by renowned cigar brand Macanudo in the Dominican Republic.

Design: It comes in 2 shaped Churchill and Toro. The Churchill-shaped cigar comes in 7 inches by 50 ring size.

Build Quality: The built of this cigar is quite firm. There is no gap to be felt along with the stick. The whole cigar feels solid. The appearance of this cigar is light brown. The veins are present but minimal. The seams are well hidden but could be seen if zoomed. The binder of this cigar is Mexican, and the filler is Dominican, Mexican, & Nicaraguan.

Wrapper: This cigar is wrapped with Ecuadorian Connecticut leaf.

Taste: The overall tastes to get from consuming the whole cigar is cedar, almonds, white pepper, and cocoa.

Beginning Portion: This cigar needs a few draws to kick in the flavors. Initially, char and toast flavor could be felt. Then comes the cider and creamy flavor. The citrus on the retro heil is the most enjoyable part of this first third of the cigar. The range at this part is a mild body.

Middle Portion: The flavor slightly evolves at this portion. The creaminess and the cider stay there. The new flavor that comes is almond nuttiness. The citrus flavor transits to lemon citrus. The range on this part is mild.

Bottom Portion: here, the flavors do not change that much. The creaminess and the cider are still there. The citrus also feels nice. Toward the end of this cigar, you will get more of a toasty flavor. The range stays mild throughout the whole cigar.

Burn: The burn of this cigar is not razor-sharp, but it is acceptable. The burn line stays wavy. The ash is smooth and has a great backbone to it. It fells off after 2 and a half inches. The draw is fantastic. Smoke stays creamy but not that thick to fill your mouth.

Summary: This is a mild body cigar. It might not be pleasant for beginners but definitely nice for newbies. This can be consumed in the morning also when you just get up from your sleep and do not want to smoke a full-body cigar. All over, this cigar is great in its field with the proper blending of flavors.
