Nub 460 maduro by Oliva cigar is a Nub brand cigar. They produced this cigar by Oliva cigars in Estelí, Nicaragua.

Design

Nub 460 Maduro is a 4inch by 60ring cigar stick that comes in a Gordo shape. It's a dark and oily color stick. It seems a little bit thick. We got some textures on the body, but most do not appear for the dark color. Also, the chocolate and golden color band look great on it.

Build quality

Build quality is great as the other Nub lineup cigars. Here they used all the quality ingredients. They used Nicaragua filler and binder in this cigar. Those blended perfectly and filled carefully.

Wrapping

They used a Brazilian Maduro wrapper in this cigar. After fully filling all the ingredients in this wrapper, it didn't lose its shape and held together excellently. No sponginess’ feel and no veins were seen on the body. It seems to us the perfectly packed cigar.

Taste

The wrapper smells like a bar of sweet chocolate and old paper. Cold draw tastes sweet tobacco and chocolaty.

Begging portion

On the first draw feels peppery everywhere, specifically black pepper. But later, dark chocolate and coffee flavors started coming with the pepper spice flavor. All these combinations provide a great medium-strength flavor.

Middle portion

Flavors didn’t change much on here. Pepper spice remaining on the top. But here, added some leathery nuts and dark coffee flavors along with the spicy pepper, providing a fantastic medium smooth smoke.

Bottom portion

Once again, we got the chocolaty flavor here. It feels like creamy chocolate. Here the leather becomes mild little, but the pepper spice is still there, keeping the smoke blast almost top to bottom. 

Burn

The burn was excellent. No touch up needed at any point. Ash was solid and straight, which indicates a well-rolled cigar.

Summary

The construction was great. The ingredients were top class. All the flavors blended perfectly. The smoke output was great and didn't dry my tongue much. Also, it seems a short cigar but proves a long, flavorful smoke. It was almost excellent in every sector.
