In 2020 Perdomo started to produce Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Box-Pressed Maduro. It is a small cigar with a different flavor. It contains more spiciness than sweetness.

Though this cigar was produced during a pandemic, it has still attracted a lot of cigar lovers.

Brand and production: Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Box-Pressed Maduro is produced by the famous cigar brand Perdomo Cigar. Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Box-Pressed Maduro is one of two new variants released in 2020.

Build Quality: It's rolled and pressed very well. The wrapper of this cigar is slightly toothy; there are very thin veins and seams. Those small veins are more likely invisible. This cigar is made of Cuban seed Nicaragua binder, and the filler is also Cuban-seed Nicaragua. 

Design: This cigar appeared in milk chocolate or fully black color wrapper. The wrapper is slightly toothy. It comes with puritos size, the length is 4 inches, and the ring size is 38.

Wrapper: Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Box-Pressed Maduro uses six years old Nicaraguan wrapper. This gives full body flavor. There is very light sheen oil on the surface. The wrapper is slightly toothy. 

Taste: The overall taste of this cigar is espresso coffee, oak, cedar, mineral. And spiciness increases throughout the cigar. And there is no noticeable sweetness.

Beginning Portion: The Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Box-Pressed Maduro starts off with an earthly flavor and mix of black pepper. It felt spicy. You won't feel much sweetness on this cigar. You will also feel the taste of chocolate, coffee, oak, and mineral notes. As long you go, you will feel espresso more precisely. The range at this portion is medium. 

Middle Portion: You will still feel those flavors at this portion, and you will feel red pepper on the tongue. Red pepper would increase while sweetness starts to fade. The range at this portion is medium to full body. 

Bottom Portion: At this point, the espresso taste remains primary. Pepper spice increases and other flavors of oak, cedar, mineral, and chocolate remain. The range at this portion is a little down from the full body. 

Burn: Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Box-Pressed Maduro cigar burns very nicely. The burn line doesn't remain fully straight. The draw of this cigar is slightly tight. Ash is firm and holds very nicely.

Summary: Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Box-Pressed Maduro is a medium to full-bodied cigar. You will feel different flavors throughout the cigar. There will be changes of flavor by different stages, but there is no rapid transition of flavors. So, this is really an amazing cigar to smoke.
